Van dhan Vikas yojna program (VDVKs) initiated by central government for tribal areas.The Implementation of the Van Dhan programme in 27 States and 307 Districts with availability of MFPs.MFPs contribute to raising the income of tribal peoples about 30-40% and much more..

Tribals who face troubles such as lack of right to own land/House,not entitled to take anything from the minor forest produce.VDVKs is a component of the  ‘Mechanism for Marketing of Minor Forest Produce (MFP) through Minimum Support Price (MSP) & Development of Value Chain for MFP’.so this scheme is expanded from the currently sanctioned 1 VDVK cluster in the Union Territory to 10 VDVK Clusters by the end of the year.

five-step plan for each VDVKC-

  1. Development of infrastructure shed /Godowns.

  2. Appoint local NGO's.

  3. Opening banks for each clusters .

  4. Planning for branding & sale.

  5. ESDP, SFURTI and TRIFOOD schemes converged into VDVKs program for broad implementation.

आदिवासी जो भूमि/घर के अधिकार की कमी जैसी समस्याओं का सामना करते हैं, लघु वन उपज से कुछ भी लेने के हकदार नहीं हैं। वीडीवीके न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) के माध्यम से लघु वन उपज (एमएफपी) के विपणन के लिए तंत्र का एक घटक है। और एमएफपी के लिए मूल्य श्रृंखला का विकास'। इसलिए इस योजना को वर्ष के अंत तक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में वर्तमान में स्वीकृत 1 वीडीवीके क्लस्टर से बढ़ाकर 10 वीडीवीके क्लस्टर कर दिया गया है।

  प्रत्येक VDVKC के लिए पांच-चरणीय योजना-

1) अधोसंरचना शेड/गोदाम का विकास।

2) स्थानीय एनजीओ की नियुक्ति करें।

3) प्रत्येक क्लस्टर के लिए बैंक खोलना

4) ब्रांडिंग और बिक्री के लिए योजना।

5)ESDP, SFURTI और TRIFOOD योजनाओं को व्यापक कार्यान्वयन के लिए VDVKs कार्यक्रम में परिवर्तित किया गया।
